Sales Planning & Operations Manager, this is a highly visible and collaborative role. Supporting and enabling the sales team initiatives, via planning process, innovation launches, KPI development/oversight, insights, and implementing key sales initiatives.

Expectations

• Make workforce planning decisions (hire, eliminate)
• Do workforce planning (staff utilization, staff efficiency, staff planning long term)
• VMOST group ownership and motivation
• Weekly 1:1s with all direct reports (guidance/coaching, issues alignment, professional development)
• Effectively guide Sales Admin Group
• Effectively guide Sales Planning and related tools
• Effectively guide new Process person and related tools
• Performance management of team (setting goals, checking progress, holding members accountable)
• Providing periodic reports to your superior (PDCA, 1:1, other, etc.)
• Highly reliable (attendance, adhering to deadlines, etc.)
• High ownership (completes assigned tasks/projects on time (either individually or as a team), without requiring reminders/follow-up)
• HQ relationship development and management for all relative areas
• Customer Sales teams' relationship development and management

• Planning Tool Enhancement
• Process Update/Generation, and Training
• Sales Admin Efficiencies into FY24 Based on Expected Improvements in Process
• Other Corporate Goals
• Centralize processes on the AANA portal (under the Sales area)
• Centralize other organizational assets on the AANA portal (templates, VMOST reference, PDCA reference,
• etc.)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with strong quantitative analytics background; experience in management and sales planning is preferred
• Self-directed with the ability to work independently and effectively lead teams across multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to communicate with cross-functional teams at multiple levels of the organization
• Advanced computer skills - MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, data management or visualization tools
• Business operations and/or financial management experience is a plus
• Strong project management skills and can manage scope, meet timelines, and present insights to senior leaders within the organization
